Craig has over 15 years of custom home and remodeling experience behind him. By combining his knowledge and experience from working with the leaders in the Chicago area custom home and remodeling industry, he has developed a strong sense of style and design. This is backed by a nearly unparalleled process for doing business and keeping projects and budgets on track.

  Heath Siebert, Vice President
 

Heath has been building and renovating homes since he was a boy working for his father. After studying architecture and marketing in college, Heath has worked with some leading renovating and custom home building companies in the Chicago area. By having worked on every aspect of home building for many years already, Heath has the expertise to manage any project, large or small from start to finish.

  Katlyn Ceplawskes, Interior Design Manager
 

Katlyn received a Bachelor's in Fine Arts in Interior Design from The Illinois Institute of Art – Chicago. She gained her foundation of professional expertise working for leading, high-end interior design firms in Chicago's northern suburbs. By combining her design sense & technical knowledge, she has the ability to create beautiful spaces while working hand-in-hand with the construction teams.

  Karen Lachman, Office Manager
  Karen started with the company in 2007 as the office manager. She knows how to keep our staff and clients happy. Whether it’s arranging site visits, getting quotes, filling out permit applications, greeting visitors, or simply fixing the copy machine, Karen is our professional jack-of-all-trades who wears many hats – ready to tackle whatever is presented to her. And, happy to do it! She is resourceful in office management, is friendly, and dedicated to the needs and success of both our staff and clients.

  Carlos Rodriguez, Assistant Project Coordinator
  Carlos has over 20 years experience in the construction business – working mostly in the field assisting superintendents, supervising laborers, helping homeowners with the maintenance of their homes, and now working in his current position as an assistant project coordinator for Great Rooms Designers & Builders.
